What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your address is correct, if your address is incorrect please email immediately and we will do our best to update your details.

Once you've made your order please allow up to 72 hours for order process. Processing times vary due to the volume of orders we are managing.

Express Shipping
We offer express shipping via DHL Express to Singapore, United States, Canada and Europe. This service is our standard shipping option, ensuring the fastest and most reliable delivery to our customers.

United States and Canada

  • Express Shipping: Delivery should be complete within 3-5 days of your order being processed.

Rest of the world

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 10-25 days for delivery after your order is processed. 
  • Express Shipping is not available
  • For customers ordering from the United Arab Emirates orders must be addressed to a PO-Box

Order Tracking
All orders can be tracked using your tracking code. This is emailed to you once your order has been processed. Please ensure to check your spam folders for this email

International Shipments

There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

Shipping Disclaimer
We (GetGood PTY Ltd), ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 72 hours for processing time. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.

Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders.

Get Good PTY Ltd cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing Get Good PTY Ltd with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
If items are unclaimed at the Depot for more than 10 days, your item will 
not be returned to sender - This will be destroyed by our carrier.
GoodieCo holds no responsibility to cover costs and no refunds will be issued in this instance. You as the buyer are responsible for claiming your goods. 

Get Good PTY Ltd do not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges for "change of mind."
