I have Oily/ Acne Prone skin. Won't using oils make my skin worse?
Contrary to popular belief, oils have many properties beneficial to helping with oily and blemish prone skin. They dissolve other lipids – like excess sebum (which causes acne) – helping to balance the skin and clear congestion.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
The answer is yes - our formulations are gentle on the skin and contain no Toxins or irritants for sensitive skin.
BUT… everyone is different (which is a good thing!). Some people may have individual allergies to natural ingredients. For this reason, we recommend that you check the ingredients or conduct a patch test prior to using any natural skincare product.
Are your products natural?
Yes! Our products are made from over 98% natural ingredients. We carefully select our ingredients from local Australian suppliers and feature high concentrations of native Australian botanicals in all of our products. The unique plants and fruits that we include in our products are some of the most beautiful, effective ingredients on the planet and we carefully select them to create the most potent skincare solutions.

Do you test on animals?
Absolutely NOT! We are proud to be 100% cruelty free and always will be. We love our animal friends and will never test products on them.
Where are your products made & where do the ingredients come from?
All our products are made in Australia. G'day mate!
How do I apply a discount code?
Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the field on the top right, above your cart total. Once you hit 'Apply' your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.
Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
Do you offer Afterpay, Sezzle or similar?
Absolutely - when you proceed to checkout you can choose Afterpay (in Australia/ Asia) or Sezzle (in North American). Approval is instant and once approved we dispatch your items straight away. The payment provider will deduct payments as per your agreed payment plan.
How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order with us you will received an order confirmation email. In the order confirmation email you will find a "View order" button which takes you to your exclusive Goodieco order status page - You can check the status of your order here.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We work hard to get your orders out as fast as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, our warehouse team processes it. There generally only a small window of time where an order can be ammended - please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of purchase: firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does shipping take?
We use express shipping for all orders to ensure timely & consistent delivery to our customers. In Australia delivery is via Auspost with delivery commonly 1-2 days. In the rest of the word delivery is via DHL, with delivery commonly 3-4 business days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely - all orders have detailed tracking with a unique tracking code. This code is emailed to you once your order has been processed. Be sure to check your spam folders for this email if you do not see it.
When will my order ship?
Orders are commonly processed daily at midday AEST Mon-Fri. Please note, this may change from time to time depending on levels of demand. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing during peak demand periods.
What about customs fees?
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
